Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) are part of the Government’s Opportunity and Growth Missions, designed to ensure local skills systems better reflect employer need.
Led by Devon Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority and regional stakeholders, the Greater Devon LSIP brings together businesses, training providers and public sector partners to identify workforce priorities and drive coordinated action across the region.
The LSIP focuses on strengthening Devon’s economy by improving workforce readiness, supporting growth sectors, increasing access to opportunity and helping employers access the skills they need.
